I was a bit skeptical with this ball on dryer lanes but wow does it come right in and hit hard every time. This ball will definitely be in my bag at all times I may make it my number one and use either the Trident Nemesis as my number 2 ball. great ball to have actually any Motiv is a great ball to have.

Forge Ember is a great mid-heavy benchmark ball due to its predictability and versatility. From dry lanes where I had to loft, to heavy oiled lanes where I had to stand more left, this ball gives me a good feel of the lanes, allowing me to decide which ball should I transit to.

I am a few months into my return to bowling after 19 years away.
I picked up an Ember a little while back and rolled my first 300 with it 2 weeks ago. This ball is a strike monster for me. I am looking into picking up another Motiv ball soon.

First one out of the box. Really my benchmark ball. Although I generally do not stay with it. It tells me to either ball up to a Jackal line or down to a Venom line. For me this ball really comes in to play late first game through the second game. I drilled this pin down to smooth out the over/under that I see a lot during transition. When the lanes gets to dry this ball HOOKS. Generally past the 9 pin and then I know it's time to change balls to something goes longer. This is ball keeps me competitive for all 3 games.
